1. How do I open my Eco dispenser?
You can open your dispenser by pressing on the bottom of the unit and pulling away the face from the backplate.2. How long does a can last?
Under ‘normal’ settings (a 30mg dose every 7 mins) a 250ml can would last about 4 weeks.3. How often do I need to change the batteries?
The batteries will last up to a year in your dispenser. They should be replaced with alkaline batteries only.4. If my Eco Dispenser is not working, what should I do?
We have a full repair service and all of our dispensers are covered by a 1 year guarantee.5. Can I use other brands of refill cans in my Eco dispenser?
We strongly recommend NOT using non-Eco refill cans in the dispenser. Use of non-Eco cans in an Eco dispenser automatically voids the warranty and can be dangerous seeing they were not designed to fit our dispensers.
